The SPIRALIFT® SR is a pre-engineered system designed to receive, screen and separate septage solids. The SPIRALIFT incorporates a grinder, fine screening shaftless screw system, spray wash, control system and more. These units wash and efficiently compact screenings by up to 40%. The processed solids are conveyed to a convenient elevation for discharge into a bin, bag or conveyor.

The SPIRALIFT SR control system coordinates all system components and monitors system operation. The SPIRALIFT SR features an oversized stainless steel tank enclosure and screening system designed for abundant capacities to quickly offload septage trucks. An automatic inlet valve automatically regulates internal fluid level. A quick disconnect inlet flange is an available option that provides for fast connecting to septage trucks.
