The TASKMASTER® TM1600 industrial grinder is a powerful workhorse that can shred heavy solids in both gravity and liquid systems. This unit can be installed horizontally with a stand and hopper as well as vertically. The TM1600 grinder features a fully-sealed body housing with 2-3/4″ hardened hex shafting, mechanical seals, and direct inline gear drive.
TASKMASTER® TM2300 series grinders employ up to 60HP. These units are ideal for commercial fish processing. They can handle massive quantities of seafood in continuous operation.
Seafood wastewater, high in TSS and biological oxygen demand (BOD), must be processed and treated. Thawing, eviscerating, washing, pre-cooking, spray cooling, solution filling, can washing and sterilization lead to a lot of wastewater. TASKMASTER® Grinders and the SCREENMASTER® Rotary Drum Screen process and treat the wastewater to meet discharge.
Fish that are caught or harvested in the wild, from aquaculture, or fish farming frequently need to be processed prior to end use. Fish grinders often play an important role in this processing. TASKMASTER® TM8500 grinders set the standard for effective solids reduction, reliability, and ease of maintenance. These units feature an 8.5” wide cutting chamber with a variety of lengths. The TASKMASTER® TM8500 grinder is also available in steel or stainless steel construction. They can be provided with a stand and hopper which can be customized to fit over a drum or other container. They can also be provided for inline pressure rated service with standard ANSI drilled flanges.
