HaulerLogic software is designed specifically for septage receiving administration. It helps to save time, reduce costs and meet compliance requirements.
HaulerLogic receives data from one or more FMI Hauler Station control systems and records transactions to its highly reliable SQL database engine. Its database back end runs on Windows-based PCs or servers. Operators can access the software on one or more Windows or Apple desktops, laptops or a variety of tablets. The software is designed to run with a single station or scale to a network of stations in multiple locations. The system’s unique auto-synchronization assures transaction data is not lost, even in the event of a lost connection.
Manage customers, contacts, vehicles, permitted delivery types, debit or credit account type, credit limits, VIN, license AND permit numbers, Track customer status, balances and more.
Hauler transactions are easily searchable bystation, customer, type, and transaction dates. Option to enter transactions manually. The ability to export transactions to a spreadsheet is provided.
Invoices are created from single or multiple transactions. Invoices can be generated for a user-selected time period handprinted or emailed in PDF format.
Payments received can be applied to specific invoices or customer balance.
