At Franklin Miller, we aim to provide excellent customer support such as guidance in selecting and specifying the best equipment for your application until long after the equipment has shipped.
When it comes to keeping critical equipment up and running, we know time is money. That’s why we maintain an extensive inventory of spare parts and records of equipment shipped as far back as the 1950s. Standard O&M Manuals are available for downloading in our website library, or feel free to contact us for data on your equipment. Please have the serial number of equipment available to help us locate your specific information.
Three ways we can offer service to you include:
- Our equipment is designed for ease of maintenance. We also provide assistance and spare parts to support you so you can fix the equipment quickly and efficiently in your shop.
- If needed, our service personnel are available to make field visits to assess the operation of your equipment and make recommendations.
- The equipment can also be sent back to the factory for a full evaluation and rebuild. Oftentimes, when a factory-built piece of equipment is shipped back to you it looks practically new.
Franklin Miller QUICK SHIP Program
Franklin Miller QUICK SHIP parts program specifies that most parts are shipped out in under 24 hours. The parts allow customers to restore critical infrastructure back into operation as quickly as possible. This helps to protect filter presses, pumps, centrifuges and other downstream equipment. Most of the critical replacement parts for FMI grinders are stocked at the plant in Livingston, New Jersey and are available for same or next day delivery. The QUICK SHIP delivery program is another one of FMI’s offered assets, and requires no extra charge for its service.
