When it comes to keeping critical equipment up and running, we know time is money. Our equipment is designed for ease of maintenance. We maintain an extensive inventory of spare parts in our factory and offer assistance to support you as you repair your equipment quickly and efficiently in your shop.
FMI’s service personnel are also available to make field visits to assess the operation of your equipment and make recommendations, and equipment can also be sent back to our factory for a full evaluation and rebuild.
Franklin Miller QUICK SHIP Program
Franklin Miller QUICK SHIP parts program guarantees most parts ship in fewer than 24 hours, ensuring that customers can restore critical infrastructure back into operation as quickly as possible. This helps to protect filter presses, pumps, centrifuges and other downstream equipment. Many critical replacement parts for FMI grinders are stocked at our Livingston, New Jersey plant, and are available for same or next day delivery. The QUICK SHIP delivery program is another FMI customer-focused incentive, and requires no extra charge.
