The included DELUMPER DC1077L features a heavy body construction with 12″ x 12″ throat opening, a 5 HP 230/460 v. 3 phase motor and drive, smooth interior finish, individually replaceable teeth, shaft seals and more. The unit controls feature all-in-one operation, an emergency shut-off switch, optional VFD to help control feed rate and on/off led indicators.

Delumper L
The DELUMPER® “L” series crushers reduce products to a desired output size with a positive, once through, chopping action. Cutting teeth mounted to a smooth drum rotate through sizing combs to process agglomerates and reduce oversized particles to their basic grain size without over-grind, heat rise or fines.
DELUMPER lump breakers reduce lumps, crush minerals, improve product consistency, facilitate mixing, drying and conveying, and keep process lines running smoothly. These units have extraordinary processing capabilities on a wide range of materials including chemicals, sugar, food, minerals, urea, ammonium nitrate, salts, colors, plastics, pharmaceuticals and more. DELUMPER “L” series lump breakers typically utilize specially designed teeth mounted on a smooth, rotating drum intermesh with sizing combs, reducing solids to their basic grain size without overgrind, heat rise or fines. Lumps up to full inlet opening size can be processed. The unit runs at low speed and creates little vibration or noise.

Delumper LP
For high-volume bag dumping applications, the DELUMPER Bagstation can be equipped with a DELUMPER LP crusher. Where the L-series handles standard throughput with cutting teeth rotating through sizing combs, the LP uses extended cutting teeth that rotate through a heavy bar cage, delivering significantly greater capacity — up to 800 tons per hour.
The DELUMPER LP handles hard, soft, heat-sensitive, sticky, and wet agglomerates with equal effectiveness. Its low-friction cutter design minimizes heat generation, preserving the integrity of temperature-sensitive materials. Replaceable teeth and a self-cleaning bar cage reduce maintenance downtime, and multiple sizes and configurations — including multi-shaft options — allow the system to be matched precisely to your throughput and material requirements.
Choosing the LP option for your Bagstation is ideal when processing large quantities of heavily compacted or difficult-to-crush materials. The combination of the Bagstation’s dust-tight bag dumping enclosure with the LP’s high-capacity crushing ensures a safe, efficient, and continuous material conditioning process from bag to discharge.
