Industrial Shredders
TASKMASTER® industrial shredders use low speed, high torque counter-rotating cutter stacks to shear, slice, and rip through tough materials in a single pass. Available in dual shaft and quad shaft configurations with cutting chambers from 8.5 to 40 inches wide, these shredders process everything from e-waste and plastics to pallets, tires, steel drums, and bulk packaging. Units are available as standalone machines, with hoppers and stands, or as fully engineered systems with conveyors, feeders, and controls. Every unit is built and tested at our facility in Livingston, New Jersey.

Shredding Technology

Advanced Cutting Technology for Efficient Material Reduction
TASKMASTER® industrial shredders utilize two parallel counter-rotating cutter stacks operating at low speeds with exceptionally high torque. Their cam-shaped cutters intermesh precisely, effectively shearing, slicing, ripping, and shredding a wide range of materials into smaller pieces, typically in strip or chip form.
The unique dual-shaft cutter geometry ensures smooth feeding and efficient processing of diverse solids. TASKMASTER® shredders typically operate without sizing screens, allowing cutter design alone to determine output size. Each cutter is precision manufactured to rigorous standards, ensuring optimal performance, reduced vibration, minimal deflection, quiet operation, and long equipment life.
