- Rugged segmented nylon brushes attached to the auger perimeter; individually replaceable.

- Automatic operation with built-in spray wash system and optional compactor.
The SPIRALIFT® SI screw screen is housed in a fully enclosed stainless steel tank. It is easy to install to pipelines via standard ANSI flanges. As the unit is self-contained, installation is simple with no need for a concrete channel. The SI is equipped with a built-in spray wash system that cleans the captured solids. as well as a compactor located near the unit discharge. The tank enclosure is supplied with a safety interlocked hinged cover for quick access to the unit interior.
Options
Customize this product for your application
An S270 Automatic Control System monitors and controls system operation. This PLC based controller is provided standard in a NEMA 4X FRP enclosure. System functions include sequence timing, jam sensing and jogging function, level sensing run control and spray-wash solenoid control.
