SCREENMASTER® CS Bar Screen

The SCREENMASTER® CS is an efficient bar screen designed for cleaning and removing solids in rectangular channel wastewater installations. Its front clean/front return operation, along with a 75° installation inclination, ensures a compact footprint and ease of integration into both new and existing channels. The simple rotary motion of the unit facilitates continuous and effective cleaning.

As it operates, the rake head moves through the bar slots, collecting debris and carrying it upwards along the unit's dead plate. This process continues until the debris reaches a specially designed scraper, which ensures smooth operation thanks to a dash pot mechanism. The collected screenings are then expelled through the unit's discharge chute.

The SCREENMASTER® CS is not only simple in design but also excels in efficiency, requiring minimal power. Its construction includes a stainless steel frame, a bar rack made of parallel bars, and a dead plate. Additionally, it features a stainless steel chain link drive, a carriage unit, scraper, and gear drive. The unit's enclosure above the channel ensures operational safety and cleanliness. The bar rack is customizable, with slot openings ranging from 1/4" to 2", allowing for versatility in different operational settings. This combination of features makes the SCREENMASTER® CS a practical and reliable choice for wastewater treatment applications.
